1. Services Offered

• Domain acquisition assistance from active auction markets
• Brand value packages including SEO brief, identity guidelines, and social strategy
• Trademark filing services (included in select packages, as described below)
• Supporting services: DNS management, SSL certificates, business email setup, website launch

2. Domain Acquisition Process

All domain purchases follow this process:

• Inquiry — Submit an inquiry via our contact form or email
• Agreement — We confirm availability, pricing, and share a formal purchase agreement
• Escrow Payment — Funds are held securely by a third-party escrow service until transfer is complete
• Transfer — Domain is transferred to your registrar account within 24–48 hours of payment clearance

3. Pricing and Payment

• All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
• GST applicability is noted per listing — "GST Incl." means tax is included; "+ GST" means applicable tax will be added at invoice
• Auction domain prices are subject to change based on live auction activity
• Payment is accepted via escrow only — direct bank transfers are not accepted for domain transactions

4. Trademark Filing

Select premium brand packages include Trademark Filing as part of the acquisition bundle. The following process applies:

• After purchase, we initiate an onboarding process within 30 days
• You will receive a sector enquiry form to determine your business category and intended use
• Based on your response, we finalize the trademark class and initiate the filing
• Trademark filing is subject to government processing timelines — we are not responsible for delays by the Trademark Registry
• One trademark class is included per purchase. Additional classes are available at extra cost

5. Brand Package Deliverables

Brand value packages included with premium domains are delivered digitally within 7–14 business days of domain transfer. Deliverables may include brand briefs, SEO keyword maps, social media handle strategies, and related documents as specified in the listing.

6. Auction Domains

Prices for auction domains include our service fee and are based on market conditions at time of listing. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of inquiry. We do not guarantee that any specific auction domain remains available after listing.

7. Domain Watchlist

By submitting to our Domain Watchlist, you agree to receive occasional email alerts about domains matching your specified criteria. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@premiumresellerdomains.com.

8. No Warranties

We provide our services "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Future commercial value of any domain name
• Trademark registrability of any domain name or brand
• Search engine rankings or business outcomes resulting from domain ownership

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Reseller Domains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from domain ownership, trademark filing outcomes, or use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including design, copy, and domain portfolio listings — is the property of Premium Reseller Domains. You may not reproduce or repurpose any content without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
